Delivery and Shipping
Orders will not be dispatched by Ladybird Gifts Pty Ltd until payment is made in full and the funds are cleared.
Courier costs are calculated at the time of checkout
We can arrange same day delivery to Sydney Metro and Express delivery to anywhere in Australia. Extra costs will apply.
Charges quoted are per item if delivered to different addresses.
Additional freight charges may be incurred for multiple orders /heavy / bulky deliveries. In the case of bulky or heavy items or delivery to South Australia, Northern Territory, Western Australia, Tasmania, regional and remote areas, additional freight may apply and customers will be contacted to confirm charges prior to dispatch of their order
Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of receipt

We cannot guarantee same day or next day delivery. Once the gift leaves our premises any delays in the gift being delivered are out of our control
Couriers attempt to deliver between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday ONLY. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Please ensure that the address provided is the most appropriate for these hours. Please supply a contact phone number where possible
Workplace addresses are highly recommended in the event that the recipient regularly works office hours. Please note that should the intended recipient not be available, the parcel shall be signed by reception or the mail room.
Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate or misspelt delivery information often results in delays in delivery. Should re-delivery be required, an additional charge will be incurred.
Gifts that are going to remote areas can incur additional delivery charges. Please note, we cannot accept a specified delivery time (e.g. 3.00pm). If the delivery address is a hospital and the recipient is discharged before delivery is made the recipient can then arrange a suitable day for re-delivery which will incur an extra charge to the purchaser.
Ladybird Gifts is not responsible for the gift delivery. We believe that we have employed excellent delivery companies who will endeavour to provide you with the best attention to care and speediness of service. However, there may be times when despite their best efforts, gifts are delayed in the delivery process.
All cancellation of gift orders must be made within 48 hours prior to delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises. Whilst we endeavour to deliver by the date requested, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances.
